AAEON was established in 1992. AAEON developed and focused on Single Board Computers. In 1994, AAEON set up Research & Design Department. Also, the production lines were completely converted to Compact Boards, Half-Size CPU cards and Full-Size CPU cards. At the same year, AAEON obtained ISO-9001 and aimed to be an OEM/ODM manufacturer specialist. The number of AAEON employees exceeded 100 in 1996, and USA branch office was founded in New Jersey. Two years later, China branch and Europe sales of
